Glad that stateside coaches are FINALLY teaching this. This has been a staple in Asian pitchers since ever since. Watch, learn, copy and teach kids the same smooth kineso correct movement pattern for pitchers that the Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese pitchers use.

No mention of stomping the front foot straight down. 3 main points to focus on. This creates ground force reaction that allows you to retain the built up kinetic energy
