@E H he throws waaay too hard without thinking about accuracy. A lot of his throws are one hoppers and he needs to figure out how to reduce that one bounce throw.
Everyone thinks he’s a superstar because he had one good year. Attis hasn’t even played a game yet, and shower is doing bade this year. I don’t get it.
Tatis Jr. is amazing. He should take a bow every time he does one of his acrobatic moves. One of these days the Padres will actually make it to the World Series.
Romanos 10:8-13
must not be a padres fan.... Hosmer is the reason tatis has a lot of errors, these throws are only "bad" because the plays themselves are insane. The 4 hopper throws are much slower and might not look good, but they are easy to field.
I know this video was mainly about Tatis Jr. but Hosmer is a god for catching all of those throws. So many of them were wild throws and yet he caught them in time. That’s talent I don’t see in too many first basemen
I like Javier Baez dives at ss and I like Fernando Tatis. Jr dives at ss there both good players even tho Fernando has 28 home runs and Baez has 21 home runs! There both good atletics.
Guerro Jr., Soto, Acuna are all awesome young talents in their own rights. Trout and Betts when healthy are as well. Othani is in a class by himself because of the way he can pitch & hit. But this is what seperates Tatis Jr. from ALL of them...his freak athleticism and instincts on the bases. Acuna Jr being the closest. Let's all be honest though...yes Tatis needs to shore up his dee (most of his errors are because of his cannon throws)...but not ONE of those other superstars can match his athleticism on the field. This video is the proof. His power bat coupled with his overall athleticism/defense just put him on a totally different level then the rest.
i grew up always going to padres games and remember being jealous of my friends who got to go to dodgers and angels games cuz the padres always sucked. in LA now and want to make the trek to SD for old times sake and watch tatis jr
I loved playing shortstop in school (didnt play in college) and it was always my fav. Close behind was 1st since you get a lot of action. My coaches didnt mind when i requested because i always delivered, now im just a fat nobody, maybe i shoulda stuck with it. Too late now, oops 😜🤣
Could you imagine how good he’d be if he didn’t make as many errors? He’s already the best SS in the league, and he leads the league in errors. Unbelievable.
