I'm terrified of cars because of people like this. Distracted driving can be even more dangerous than driving intoxicated. It's only becoming more prevalent. Imo this should result in immediate suspension of your license
@@lani6700 yep, I was hit in a crosswalk by a distracted driver. Just plowed through a full crosswalk on a red light because she was looking at her phone. Nothing broken for me, though I did have to walk with a cane due to back strain for a few months, but my friend had his femur broken. Driver is lucky no one died but damn is distracted driving ever a sore spot for me (literally 😅).

120 lbs is already a good weight. She didn’t manage her dysmorphia- she just dropped to 103. Unless she’s under 5”1 that’s underweight and we know she’s got muscle so that even leaner. It’s a little sad to hear her celebrate that.
Even ignoring the numbers. If you understand the nature of that eating disorder, I think it's fair to say it has more to do with a mindset that is harmful. No matter what your current physical state is, if you suffer from this disorder, then it makes it very difficult to determine how healthy you are or aren't and what changes should be made. The fact that this company prays on people like this is sick. Because these people are VERY likely NOT professionals and are in no position to give advice or couch someone with an eating disorder and runs a high chance of causing someone to hurt themselves. Just sick and irresponsible.

This reminds me of a French YTber few years who went on a rant about people commenting on how she lost weight too quickly (rant I agree with, it's inappropriate to comment on people's body) but to justify how she wasn't on a diet she explained she just started eating "healthy". What wasn't healthy? Drinking apple juice and eating spaghetti after working out 🥴 (at least she didn't sell MLM supplements but still lol) At the same time a lot of other female YTbers started sharing their weigh loss journey refusing to call it a diet when it obviously was a diet and then get real mad when their female audience call them out on it lol. Dude, my toddler called me out for having one hand on my wheel, and the other hand reaching down to get my coffee to take a drink. She’s a sassy pants but since I noticed it upset her, I put my coffee back down and put both my hands on the wheel. The company was sued in 1984 for dangerous ingredients and misrepresented the opportunity promising riches beyond your imagination if you join the company. Nothing much has changed. I am so glad you brought up the history of HL!! I am old enough to remember too, and they were not a mental health company! The company was linked to "processed crap" and caused toxic levels to build in your organs. THEN the founder Mark something died of a drug overdose of alcohol, cocaine, antidepressants and the supplements had made his organs weak. They tried to keep it hush hush but instead took it overseas to countries that didnt know about the lawsuits and reputation yet. I know this information and I have never bought or worked for that bullshit scheme! She is making videos with false statements that are literally dangerous to people physically, mentally and financially! She needs to stop this quickly or the company could be looking at a big group of lawsuits headed their way!

As someone who recovered from a 10-year eating disorder, this pisses me off. 1) Someone encouraged her to join a "wellness" MLM, which could be very triggering for her. 2) She is now giving "diet" advice to the masses, potentially teaching disordered thinking to others. Herbalife is an extreme calorie deficit. I was on it in 2016 for 3 4 months (from February to may) , i lost 5kg of fat and gained around 4 5 kg of muscle. BUT, i gained double the weight after i stopped and lost all of my muscle. I have allergies because of it and since Herbalife i have a sharp pain on my shoulder when i workout. Even tho I wasn't working out much for those months
Those shakes and snacks she was saying she was eating, was probably the ONLY things she was eating every day. I used to use those shakes too, they have less than 200 calories and are NOT filling whatsoever.
I’ve always been mildly anti-mlm but last summer my son was diagnosed with leukemia (he’s doing great but it’s a long treatment) a sweet friend posted about him on her Facebook and I got a friend request from a friend of hers. I figured the woman was trying to be supportive so I accepted. The next day she sent me a message about buying Younique products. The ONLY reason this woman knows I exist is because my child was diagnosed with cancer and without even a hello this woman tries to sell me mlm crap. Still angry about it!

Seeing people filming while driving gives me so much anxiety! I was actually T-Boned by a woman when I was 17 not paying attention while driving because she was so into her Bluetooth convo (yes I aged myself, pre smart phones) and that was such a traumatic experience it’s still gives me anxiety when they call me while driving, even if it’s connected to their car. When you drive a car, PAY ATTENTION TO THE ROAD! You could really hurt someone while being distracted, or WORSE! And to state I wasn’t injured, car was totalled. But ended up just very shaken up which I am very grateful for because it could of been far worse and didn’t want to drive again for a while after that accident.

I just had this thought. These MLMs do not pay for marketing or advertising. They have a whole bunch of subcontractors who essentially do free PR/advertising for them. In turn, the company gives the contractor a fraction of the cost of a sale item. So really, it makes sense to me now why they host these parties and trips. It must be basically their only business cost, which is sort of nuts if you think about it.

If what she says is true and she really did loose 17 pounds in 4 weeks, that’s extremely concerning. The maximum healthy rate to loose is 2 pounds per week, and she’s more than doubled it. Potentially very dangerous, especially considering she started at around 120 💀

Yet you don’t know the person. You haven’t established rapport. And you have an underlying agenda to recruit them. I am hoping to go into mental health counseling one day, and I would want my clients to know I’m there for them and supportive for what they’re going through, but she’s using it to gain trust from people that are vulnerable, only to abuse it. Zeke sounds like every cat I ever had, and Cooper sounds like the cat I always wanted. Now I have four dogs. :) ETA: The Herbalife gal... losing 17 lbs. in four weeks is terribly unhealthy. It's also a starvation diet. If she had shakes for breakfast and dinner, "snacks" twice a day (so, maybe two apples) and lunch, she was most likely consuming around 1000 calories a day. So, she was starving herself and she was losing weight. How does she know she then gained 15 lbs. of lean muscle? Those are pretty complicated numbers to figure out in a specific environment. Also, I hate to be the one to say this, but even through the filter, as she is flailing her arms around, she doesn't look lean at all. Which is fine, she just doesn't really look as fit as she is pretending to be. ALSO, body dysmorphia isn't something that just goes away with magic Herbalife shakes. I wish it did...

I hate the oils mlm. They ruined the point of getting oils. I love my oils for my aromatherapy and my diffuser. When did people started putting these oils in food or skin? How that started? These oils are supposed to be use for a diffuser to relax because they smell good not consume them!!!
Going back & watching your old videos. Love the anti-MLM content. I wanted to point out though that although Young Living and other MLMs may not require the reps to have a product inventory, some do keep an inventory of items that are popular so they can make quick sales. This is especially true for the reps who have stalls at art & craft fairs. They're more likely to be able to sell something if the buyer can get the product immediately. I've seen this a lot where I live where there are a lot of country art fairs. They sell the stuff but aren't actively recruiting at these places. They just want to make money by selling a lot of product. Most of the time they never see the purchaser again. It's a one time thing. So although it's probably true that this rep has all of those oils for herself, it's not safe to automatically assume that is the case.
