Mlp react to Bill Cipher vs Discord Death Battle.

@@Jungoguy same. XD He may have lost the fight, but he won the war. That said, tbh, I don't really agree with their logic for why he lost. First, if anything would make him take a fight seriously, it would be Fluttershy's life being the cost of losing (which, with Bill, it would be) so the idea he would not take the fight seriously until Bill got the upper hand is ridiculous. If Fluttershy wasn't a factor, then sure, but they show her in danger at the start. Second, they claim the Bell that can canonically drain DISCORD'S powers wouldn't work on Bill because the Unicorn hair barrier around the shack was shown to cancel out his magic on inanimate objects but not on him. But here's the thing: The barrier was not designed to do that. It was just meant to keep him out. The idea that because it didn't drain Bill an object canonically able to drain the power of someone Equal in Strength to him (which they themselves say they are equal) wouldn't work either is just stupid. This Bell can drain Discord, and the Unicorn Hair Barrier wasn't even designed to do that but could cancel out his magic on inanimate objects. I just refuse to Believe Bill would be immune to it when it can drain Discord. It was a great fight, with a great end, but their logic for Discord's loss doesn't really hold up under scrutiny. And tbh, I doubt Discord even really died here. Sure, we haven't seen Discord heal his spirit, but we also haven't seen the full extent of his power either, and the only canonical suggestion he can even die is when he denied his own nature and began to fade away (which is not the same as being erased, as they claim, cuz no one was erasing him. He was literally a chaos being trying to not be a chaos being. He wasn't being erased he was destroying himself. There's a difference).

Discord will always be back, it will take some time to regenerate his body and spirit from his chaos world.

Which ironically if you think about it, Bill always creates thanks to his Weirdmagedon. His goals causes nothing but chaos which means everything he does...will always keep Discord coming back, so it's impossible for Bill to truly kill Discord. Unless I am mistaken somehow, but that's what it sounds like to me.

also on the topic of "discord is a force of nature, even if his spirit is destroyed and his body is defeated, he will return given time." it makes sense if you think about the characters name and the fact that discord is the first of the gods in most myths to be born. so it makes sense mlp would treat him as a force of nature rather then a god-like being like celstia and luna.

My only problem with them not including his second body in Chaos Land is that... well, they've had no problem being completely unfair before. Take Darkseid vs Thanos. His "real body" was in another dimension, but Darkseid's body that would be what people defeat in-universe in order to beat him is just that one body. And yet they not only gave Darkseid SEVERAL back-up host bodies, they had Thanos have to fight his "real" body too. Clearly Death Battle has no problem including such things. Which is yet another reason I'm convinced they play favorites. Fairness has never been a concern in the past, so why exclude such a thing unless they want him to be the loser?

​@@noratheweeb9387Problem: Discord's "second body" is just duplication, nothing more complicated than that. It isn't "the true existence of Discord is only within Chaosville, and the Discord that interacts with the rest of existence is merely a small fraction of his power extended into that reality," like Darkseid and his true form is. So as Darkseid's true existence is in another dimension where each Darkseid is an avatar of himself that he unleashes into the world, Thanos would need to kill that true existence to win. Whereas Discord is only using duplication, which means that a dead Discord can be a clone and the real Discord appears somewhere else. But there will always be some real Discord within range of Bill for him to fight, just as Bill has his own duplication to do the same. Say, when giant Discord blows up from Bill, only for Discord to appear from behind the fabric of reality, wouldn't that be exactly what you are talking about? So no bias here.

the thing about making this two fight is like they can't die. still, i don't know if the animators puts that detail of the mabel bubble when bill grab discord to i dunno, say that that thing block him or i something.

@@Alan-hf7bl It has been stated their's nothing that Discord can't do well except taking things seriously. Bill will eventually get out yes but It might take along time and discord might be already be back by the time he tricks someone into getting him out

she read the note he left from the beginning of the fight he wasn't actually writing "to celestia note" it was more of a "im not coming back but i'll be closer then you think" type of note to fluttershy most likely. you can see it on the ground as the portals closeing fluttershy goes to read it.

discord isn't dumb he probably went into this fight knowing he had a 50/50 chance of winning, and wanted to leave something for fluttershy so she knows what happened and so they wont fall for bills tricks again.

I had the intro part of the video done before the fight came out. So I just had to make the reaction afterwards which still took like 2 hours.

Discord can not die as long as his body regenerates. But his soul... Discord also left a note on the ground right infront of his friends. If he can come back why bother by writting that note
