作為 marketer,我覺得 logical 上有難度,除非你手頭上既客全部都係你去個個地方差唔多 time zone。 我以前都接過 d case 係香港做加拿大既 job,唔多唔少都要就返佢地時間開會,係香港放左工,再接就無嘜所謂。 但 Digital nomad 個本意去感受唔同地方生活既話,但你依然投入唔到當地人時間 ,咁樣 logical 上就又有少少問題 如果你一手都係 Asian 客,去左美洲歐洲就真心 kick 手🙈
Hong Kong employer doesn’t even encourage work from home culture or work life balance compared to other countries in the West, I doubt there are some local employers allowing their employees to be digital nomad.
One very important has to be notice, which is the definition of "work" in each country as certain country will need you to have work visa to work while you are physically living on their land, e.g. US. There is definitely grey area in legal aspect, yet it is necessary to know and study better in that part or else you may end up in jail.
