Nice video funk, love the uploads bro. Keep up the good work. I'm 41 and I'm rehabbing my shoulder and your exercises are great for my rehab. I modify a little to keep from reinjurying my shoulder but overall its awsome. Like button smashed.💯💯💯

10 excersises for 60 seconds with 15 second rest inbetween. Once done all 10 excersises, rest for a minute and repeat again twice 0:55 side to side burpees 1:10 Judo push up 1:28 forward jumping lunges 1:49 V-ups 2:06 Pogo Hops 2:23 Supermans 2:40 Everest climbers 2:54 prisoner squats 3:09 plank body raises 3:23 Sit outs

If you are in a muscle building phase then 3 times a week. If on a fat loss phase then 4 times a week ;-)

You can use those workouts as a warm up. That is what I am doing every day before my calisthenics routine.

you can do cario actually whenever and how often you want, compared to weight lifting, your muscles don't need that much time for recovery. depending on your nutrition of course. i do cardio in the morning and evening, everyday, for 5 mins each, with no rest between exercices.
