I went to the Pride Real Deal press conference back in 2006 in Irvine, it was at the Fox Sports Bar and they have this staircase. They announced Fedor and this music hit the speakers, everyone got quiet and he appeared and walked down the stairs for his Press Conference entrance. Then everyone went crazy, still sends shivers down my spine thinking about it. I also got his autograph, greatest fighter EVER!
@Link 64 DC has been unbeaten in the HW division for 10 years technically so if Serbian is still alive then he was alive when someone went unbeaten longer.

You can take the same shit he has taken and won't be 1% of the fighter Jon is. PEDs help you train longer but you still have to train. It doesn't teach you technique and strategy. And they actually found estrogen blockers in his supplement company. Fedor is GOAT imo, but there wasn't even any testing in Pride, much less USADA testing.
Sorry but you are wrong. But it true that everyone is on something, however not everyone is on illegal substances. PEDs are performance enhancing drugs, and there is a large spectrum of them out there, including steroids. Steroids and known to increase recovery, muscle mass, bone density and vitality. So regardless of the technique or training regimen, anyone that takes them will improve in performance. It is also a fact that prior to UFC 183, Jon Jones ration of testosterone to estrogen levels were that equivalent of a 6 year old Chinese girl. Which at the time only reaffirmed the already suspicion that Jones was on illegal drugs. The question was now, "how long has he been on drugs?". Then at UFC 200 it was confirmed that he was on drugs the entire time because the estrogen blockers would have cause that low ratio he test prior to UFC 183. This absolutely takes away from his accomplishments, because it is now a matter of how much impact did the PEDs have. But more importantly is why did Jon Jones have to take PEDs in the first place. Also, Jon Jones has endorsed the supplement company that gave him the PEDs, even his supplement trainer is known for taking steroids, and this was Jon's personal trainer. So there is no denying that he knew what he was taking. His legacy is completely over. He can still come back to compete but will never be the greatest of all time or even make it to the list of top 10. Sorry but this is the truth. And there was testing in Pride, there was just less leniency for specific recovery drugs. What Pride FC cared about were the kind of drugs that increased performance in the fight itself. That's why they tested the day of the fight and didn't test for steroids because there was no point. It should also be noted that during that Pride era, the UFC had less testing standards that Pride itself. And it wasn't until the fall of Pride and the exodus of fighters heading to the UFC, that the UFC saw the potential to capitalize on the organization. To do this however they had to "clean up the sport", to get the approval of the US congress (this is all about the money now) .That's when the infamous pop of PED users got busted and still are getting busted to this day.

honestly i think hes a mw, he walks at 235 ish + is 5'11 and he isnt exactly at a low body fat percentage. Its like an overweight MW fucking up HWs for a decade haha (Rockhold walks at 220 lbs, Weidman at 215)

Like I said the tests always come post fight, he didn't have steroids during the match though. Same with Jon Jones, he wasn't high on cocaine on his match against DC but the tests came positive post fight.
This perfectly fits in with Emilianenko, he walks to the ring like a beast sent to destroy you, so tough yet so concentrated and calm. The best fighter MMA has ever seen, i doubt anyone will be able to be better than him.

Fedor was a complete fighter. He could grapple, he could strike, he was granite headed too. He like many stayed in it too long, I doubt any league had a fighter that could beat Fedor in his prime.
I have 35 years old. I started watched MMA when i was 15. Im a History teacher today. As a teenager, Fedor showed me what a real man behaves when he is succed. No trash talk, no unnecesary press conferences, no ego. Just family, respect everyone and be loyal to your people.

Fedor was/is the greatest MMA fighter in history! I’ve study a lot of MMA and it’s never been anybody close to the intensity of the Last Emperor 💯 the most dominate in Pride over 10 years! And I’m a huge a Jon Jones fan but prime Fedor was an absolute monster.

It was so epic, all where screaming USA USA USA. blaaaaah, hahhaah that americans think they are top of the world. MotherRussia sent the god of war in mixmartial arts on them. you should their faces when fedor won. huge respect to mark coleman though.
