If your talking about the back arch throw, that would be a different tackdown. First establish a body lock (front, side, or back) with an arm trapped preferably. Stay close to your opponent with a lower stance. Pop your hips up and back (not to confused with moving in a forward direction) to lift your opponent off the mat, throw to the trapped arm side with you back arch. To make this throw easier you can step your leg (by the non-trapped arm side) behind theirs to the outside, then perform the throw. To make this throw more effective, do it when your opponent is moving their weight/balance in that direction. Applying centripetal force (circular force) will create an easier lift. Centripetal force creates a form of gravity moving horizontally instead of vertically to effectively change the weight of your opponent. (Weight=mass x g) G is gravity, on earth you experience 1g.
