Do you suggest 43 or 53g ? I like the weight of Gateron yellow which is 50g but single stage spring

That's fully up to preference, so I wouldn't be able to recommend one of them. It all depends on which you like.

Do you mean the tick the microphone makes? It's something weird with the microphone that makes it sound like that when there's certain sounds.
