Dick Thompson, Ph.D., is the President and CEO of High Performing Systems, Inc., and the author of "The Stress Effect: Why Smart Leaders Make Dumb Decisions - And What to Do About It."
Dick spent 21-years in military service and is an Army combat veteran, Special Forces Operator, Black Ops leader, MACV-SOG 1-0 (team leader), Airborne Ranger, Ironman competitor, Speaker, Author, Psychologist and Life-Time Mensa member. He is also one of the most humble people I have ever met.
