The 2024 Michelmores Property Awards mark 21 years of celebrating the best property, development and construction projects in the South West.
Collaton Park won the award for Masterplanning for the Future. Collaton pilot scheme for “A Different Approach” seeks to address the extreme housing challenges faced across South Hams by working in partnership with the community, delivering a range of new and innovative housing tenures and employment solutions in rural communities.
The purpose is to deliver more than just ‘housing’ - it is to create a sense of place and community, where people can live, work, socialise, grow, and thrive.
