SIMON WILLIAMS is probably best known for his performance as James Bellamy in the ITV series UPSTAIRS DOWNSTAIRS and has had an incredible career as both an actor and writer.
To DOCTOR WHO fans, he is fondly remembered for his portrayal of GROUP CAPTAIN IAN GILMORE in the SYLVESTER McCOY series REMEMBRANCE OF THE DALEKS.
