I have the EA5000 Makita it's the best saw on the market for £400, cheaper than Husqvarna and Stihl but just as good. Reliable and simple. Always starts runs great.
@@saltwaterangling472 okay find me a better saw for £400 brand new with warranty? It’s a rebadged Dolmar how can you say “not even close to a stihl”? In fact 7900 in the video is the best saw of the last 20 years, the original 7900 had 6.6hp with a weight of 6.6 kg coming from a 78.5cc engine years ahead of other brands when it was designed still better than most saws today 20 years later, on par with something like stihl 461, actually more powerful but heavier. I would say for performance and cutting speed stihl and husqvarna are overall better then makita/dolmar and echo coming in second, but makita is only disliked by brand snobs and people like you who know nothing. All of the makita lineup are good saws.
Увидел Макиту, поставил лайк! Хотя у самого сетевая цепная пила, и на днях будет аккумуляторная ( 302) , для добычи валежника( акация и ясень), всё равно лайк! А так 5й инструмент этой фирмы покупаю, только Макита!
A minha EA 7900 chegou com um defeito ,afogava já desde o início ,tinha que desafogar e aquecer a vela só assim ela pegava e tinha piques de força e de repente serrava engasgando ,estava ficando cabreiro não conseguia acertar a regulagem.Botei a vela da minha Husqvarna e ficou boa .Falei para um colega meu que tem uma loja de ferramentas e máquinas que tinha comprado uma Makita 7900 e ele me falou que não prestava as que ele tinha vendido deu problemas,disse que dava problemas no carburador.Provalvelmeeram os mesmos problemas no início da minha ,vou debulhar ,tem um ano de garantia assim saberei de fato se é boa ou não.
Makita bought Dolmar 27 years ago. Dolmar has been Makita for nearly 3 decades, they are just merging the branding. Same saws, just blue. That's all, just a color swap. Good saws.

E mas brazil tambem e loca com licensamento... no EUA tem licensamento pra nada assim e todo mundo tem pelo menos uma maquina basica.... porem com o mercado pra ferramenta e muito maior consege ate vender maquina mais poderosa pro professional. Lei contra cortar arvore nao ajuda brazil tambem nao...
hi from oamaru , n.z. I just purchased a ea7900 then abused Makita n.z for selling to me a saw that wasn't to my specs which I wanted heavy duty filter and air box. they apologised and now gonna send a filter and heavy duty air box. I will also get a heated handle kit at some stage.
The dolkita is definitely terrible at clearing noodles. The clutch cover is way too narrow, why it’s never been fixed idk? I really like the HD filter and wrap handle. It’s an awesome saw for sure!! Especially when it’s ported like this. Best ergonomics imo.
Bought the exact saw about 7 years ago...a work colleague could not believe how much faster it cut side by side with his Stihl...I think the "Dolkita" pulls a narrower chain than Stihl, is that right?
Anyone have the problem of the handle mount digging into the cylinder fins and gauging into them ? I noticed it on mine the other day. Ripper of a saw though
I had the same issue. I had no idea it was happening until I saw a post on opeforum of someone with the same saw having the problem. I shaved the mount from the handle to stop it from happening. It hasn’t been an issue since.
@@verliebt3465 no the main problem is that you will dull your chain and use gas and oil, splitting with an axe is more economical, easier and often a lot quicker than cutting.
