To followup with what I said. There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for help when it comes to your mental health. You're not alone in this fight. I know it's easier said than done. But just remember. There are plenty of people out there that are loving and care for you and will fight along side with you for your fight for mental health. The number one thing worth fighting for yourself is your mental health. 🙂
