Finally went to Tarrytown to do some railfanning. I mainly focused on the P32s because the new chargers SC-42DM 301 & 302 are going to be delivered soon, these P32s aren’t long for this world. I’m taking every opportunity I can get to film these Genesis. We first start off with an equipment heading to Croton-Harmon with the 211 NYC heritage. Next catch was unexpected and I almost missed it, as the 102 was towing the inspection train with the laser train car and 217 in tow! This train the next day went on the New Haven line all the way to New Haven and back to Grand Central. My first time catching the 211, 217 and those former Lackawanna & NYC coaches. The usual Amtrak trains passed and finally ending it off with a M3A leaving Tarrytown. This was also an equipment coming from Croton-Harmon but I didn’t film the entire train since I wasn’t paying attention and I didn’t see it coming. Though it did stop for a brief moment at the station before leaving. Overall an excellent time railfanning at Tarrytown! This is part 1 of my "2024 Summer Railfan Tour". Where I plan on visiting a couple spots during the summer.
