you should watch Quanzhi Gao Sho. It's my favorite Chinese anime. They have Season1 and then a movie. Season2 is soon.

It's adapted from a chinese web novel. You should definitely read it. The other novels by this author is also really good. And don't worry about not being able to read Chinese, the novels are being translated into english.

@V. Lai, Yep, the novel was written by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu, she has also created other novels like the Scum Villain's Self-Saving System and Heaven's Official Blessings. These novels are considered as BL, Boy Love which are similar to Mo Dao Zu Shi or Grandmaster Of Demonic Cultivation. @Liuhuayue, I suggest reading her works, they are truly beautiful.

It is BL in the novel. They just changed it to some kind of ambiguous relationship because of China's very backward censorship law. :(

@@arkracera7157 in the novel there are more BL moments but in the donghua, since China is strict with censorship I don't think there will be that much, if anything (personally for me) the BL was kept at the minimum. Plus they changed just a little of bit of the details in the donghua
