she actually didn't have to. because it would have created one of 2 outcome. he would have done the set and challenged the contract she and him have signed. second he would have said NAH that he is the bigger star. the thing, just like at work. if you don't blow up someone's cover in full view . and wait for HR or the manager to talk to you behind the scenes when they know good and well that they don't care you being right. she was right 100%./

Chile. It was Lee Daniels, it was Oprah Winfrey, it was Tyler Perry, it was Steve Harvey, it was Netflix.... now it's D.L. Hughley. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if soon she's in the news and on social media crying about issues with 50 Cent when he's the only reason she has a 1/2 foot back to work after so long. The other one hadn't even made it off of the banana peel yet and look. Smh. When you have issues with EVERYbody?? At some point you have to self- reflect on what part you may be contributing to the issue(s). There are definitely more professional ways to address her grievances. Kinda disappointed in Mo'Nique, tbh.

Promotion clearly is printed weeks prior to the show. Monique used this moment for material because she has no new material. Marketing takes time and money. So if Monique had a problem she would have addressed prior to marketing going out. Yes she produced a contract with her company heading not the promoters heading. Monique's husband wrote up that contract, not the promoter. P!us DL said Monique never spoke to him about the problem. Instead she went on stage and started demeaning him. The promoter never told Monique she was the headliner.

Claudia, YES, always gorgeous!!! Hopefully, with this platform now leaning LGBTQ+, this does not displace her. This is quite concerning. FD and his Funky Bunch seems to dominate; however, Claudia is everything on here. Also, great promo for Anita Baker - would not be shocked if she soon appeared on TEA GIF.

I'm sorry I'm with DL on this they are both adults. This was petty in my opinion. Monique talks to damn much shut up and get your paper. Things are going good for her with 50 cent putting her on , Lee Daniels has apologized to her, weights have been lifted. Her career seems to be on an up swing again after a long drought. If she's not careful she's gonna be right back where she was and I doubt if that was fun.

I think you can support the trans world and disagree with trans competing against woman who have trained all their lives some since childhood to gain scholarships and so forth. She had a scholarship as a man and she didnt have any recognition so now she blowing these women away. It’s not right. Why would you even want to win that way. This is not about race. We have to be honest in the long and short of this story with DL Hugely and Monique's story. Monique was WRONG! She handled this in the wrong place, wrong time. I love Monique, but I am so disappointed with her, to me all she did was make what is being said about being difficult seem true. Another thing, she needs to STOP calling her HUSBAND daddy! Find someone to manage her other than "Daddy," he isn't the right person to manage her career at this time, people don't feel comfortable working with him. Monique, if your hubby has your best interest at heart he will step back so you can grow, you are too talented for this. Stop messing with your career.

Monique had an agenda - PERIOD. Yes, DL may have said things about her or did something she didn't like - but how the hell you hold on to that anger for all those years. She needs therapy! And, she always putting other people in her mess, dead or alive - Richard Pryor, Paul Mooney, Steve Harvey... She realizes that this have shown that she is the problem. Now her and Daddy are dialing back. They want to come together and "heal" (like Jada - it must be a Baltimore thang :) GTFOH - the damage is done. Monique is a victim of herself (and "Daddy").
