@@solarsetschannel no lmao, haircuts like that have been around since the very early delinquent eras of japan and that was even before the 90s, the personality of the character wasnt even anything alike of josuke. i would say though that the barrage that the character did may be interpreted as a reference but the design overall isnt, its just another japanese delinquent with a traditional highschool haircut
Nope. If Mob and the psychics were in the same world as the Hero Association, Saitama and the rest of the heroes they wouldn't be a big deal. Remember when that once psychic organization tried to take over the world? Would they dare to think it is possible with the Hero Association around? Nope, the threat of the S-Class heroes would of put a stop to them. The psychics are powerful, but not enough to beat the Hero Association (without Saitama). Also if they were in the same world, a lot of non-psychics would start showing up in any big battle. ONE's two different manga series share a lot of the same themes, but they are separate worlds with Easter eggs referencing other manga.
