Dimple is actually voiced by the same voice actor who does All for One in My Hero Academia. And Shibata, the angry ripped guy, has the same voice actor as All Might. So even in other anime they're fighting

Only the grunts were experiments. Although, even successful experiments make extremely weak espers. Remember when a grunt tried to fight Teru with a super tiny flame? The scars and Ultimate 5 were born with their powers. Oh, and remember, psychics have mental protection against spirits, so Dimple can't just possess the bad guy to stop him.

Fan fact: the op songs are all originals. it made specifically only for this show even if you search the names of the songs it would only show the op and not the extended version of the song like other anime op. And the s2 op why's it's called 99.9, it's because it wasn't good enough to top the s1 op. Also another fan fact: the animation for s2 op has different types of animation like the first part it looks like that of horse ride in the carnival (idk what's it called but those things are real) that thing was like the very first version of animation and second part is like a optical illusion animation and also that fight scene and explosion of the build while the camera was moving that shot was film IRL they used a drone to capture that shot and editing magic and became looks like it was animated hand drawn
