I have a question here when I try to post fixframe from my phone to RU-vid the resolution become super low... what should I do to increase the resolution? TQ :)

Apparently when using the phone app to export it makes it 4k instead of 5.7k. This is really dumb because 5.7k gives a 1080p resolution for you to select a view from, 4k would be much lower and maybe only 720p which isn't enough for anyone these days. On top of that, the app is the easiest and best editor using viewfinder mode where you slowly pan your phone around and easily add time warps, so this is the mode that needs 5.7k the most. I'm not sure if this has been fixed, all the information on it is old or lacking.

@@robnelsonfilms have you guys figure out anything else regarding this? I spent time editing the video on the mobile app (android) and once I'm done, I can't figure how to export the full res 5.7k video into my computer. I also tried with an iPhone, connecting via audio, but I can't transfer the post edit video, just the original into the Insta360 Studio. So, basically, I'd like to edit on my phone using all the editing features (which not all are on the Studio desktop app) and then transfer the finished video to my Mac. How do I do this? Maybe with a cable that I don't have from Mobile app to Desktop? Thanks! And great video btw, thank you!!

Insta360 released a new app when they came out with the Insta360 One R camera. I talked about it briefly in another video from earlier this year. That new version of the app should be able to do what you asked about. Hope it works out and Good luck! - Jonas
