Who makes this press? How old is it? What a machine!

How did they get the stacked cheeses from the grinder to the press and the finished pulp from the press to be sitting under the grinder?

Why can't the stacking/wrapping be illiminated by building a SS, holed container, setting in a bigger SS container? The pressing operation would continue the same.

Looks nice, How much can you produce with this per day/hour?

could you tell me is this a roller pullper as the pulp looks 100 % pullped , keep up the old traditions.
