I am up north so we put or vapour barrier on the inside. I dont know so I am asking this black sheet does it allow any movement of moisture thru inside out. #2 Would tyvek wrap be any good in this job. #3 does any of these methods seal moisture into the floor is this a concern. LOVE YOUR SHOW
The material we used on the floor is breathable. We used it to hold up the insulation so it wouldn’t fall on to the ground or just lay in the underbelly that was left. Not much of it was left so we did what we could. Yyvek is great to use it also is breathable. I hope this helped you.

@Drewsroofingandhomerepair wish I had you guys in New York right now. I'm renovating my entire single wide inside and out, floors, walls, ceiling, plumbing, everything. When I say everything I mean everything. I just got a new shingle roof mostly because the contractor I had here took the screws out of the edges of my metal roof and screwed up a bunch of things and my roof went flying across the yard in a storm and it rained inside the house, it was awful. So we had to start from scratch new trusses and everything, silver lining- we woulda never knew the old one was so rotted underneath had it not blown off 😆. If yall are ever in new york could definitely use someone who actually knows what they are doing.
