I really liked the L shaped Island with NO Sink! I can't remember ever seeing an L shaped Island before. I also liked that the Master Closet was in a different area than the Master Bathroom, compared to the Master Closet being at the end of the Master Bathroom. My guess is that some people don't wanna travel through the Master Bathroom to get to the Master Closet, like me. Good job. Thanks.
I’ve never seen a 22’ single wide before. It allows for that dedicated entry that really wasn’t even focused on. I would prefer the kitchen to have a wrap around countertop to provide some distinction between the living room and kitchen. The master bath is way too small, as is the master closet. Double rod the closets with wood shelving, expand the master bath to include a walk-in hand laid tile shower, and get rid of the 4th bedroom to allow more square footage in master and living room.
Love this home bc hubby is an artist so he needs a separate room. I wanted a sewing/xtra storage & guest bedrm. Totally love the 4 bedrms. Love closet separate from master ba. I would only have a shower at the end of ba, move toilet over & put storage closet behind ba door atea. I would put frig on the side of the sink at first cabinets & expand the counter next to stove for cooking work space & microwave. Add upper cabinets there too Don't know why designers put the microwave is over the stove. That's for people that don't cook. The bottom of it from steam, grease, condensation while cooking. Ugghh. Who wants to constantly clean the bottom of that after each meal? An exhaust vent should be over the stove. Like the kit island for storage. You do a good job, but don't miss the closets in the bedrms. Thanks for sharing this home.
Nice house but at the end of the day it's still a mobile home. I can build a site built home for that price. I live in a 1997 16 × 80 mobile home. Bought it new for 25,000.
@@MelindaRagsdale No can't get a new one for that. The Mobile home market is way over inflated, but so is the site built market. The American dream of owning a home is passing a lot of people by.
@@MelindaRagsdale tell me about it I went to two different mobile home dealers and they both want 150,000 Plus for a three-bedroom mobile home and 75,000 plus for a two-bedroom and for double and triple 250k Plus and those prices are for the minimum basic completely crazy to me here in Indiana when you can buy a decent nice house with LAND for that price
A foyer is always welcome. Really like the kitchen. Pantry is a great feature. Prefer wood shelving though which I’m sure is available. Given the space restrictions the master bathroom is well thought out. Really like the high ceilings in the main areas. Nice exterior.
Nice kitchen and have a question. If I don't need a 4th bedroom does that make all rooms larger? I.e.the living room? What rooms does it impact with larger space?
Why not do things like kitchen cabinets to the ceiling and white crown molding? You don’t walk into a nice house to see different color dark trim around the ceiling. Also, 4 bedrooms is too many for any single wide! Now, if I could order this in a 2-bedroom with a nice den separate from the living room that would be awesome!!!
the one thing that all these manufactures need to stop doing, especially in a taped or tape and texture home is putting dark trim around the ceiling....it always takes away the residential feel. In any home you may see dark door trim but you will almost never see it around a ceiling.....it needs to be white so it blends in and gives it that residential feel....please just stop doing it!!!!!!
It does change the look and personally i like it and prefer it to the white. when we use the white trim it creates a shadow line with the textured ceilings so you see this black line with the dark time it disappears. My favorite is to full tape and paint ceiling and wall it costs more and adds time to production but worth it. this home is done this way. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZYMjfCj-yzU.html
@@Prairiemobilehomes yes it is definitely nice if it can be full tape and paint. But even if it can't that dark trim is horrible around the ceilings. It is the first thing I changed when I bought mine even thought I new was I was going to be drywalling the whole thing I just could not live with it in the mean time. All the mobile home groups I belong to it is the first and biggest complaint I see.
When you pass a door and don't open it (what you said was a linen closet) PLEASE show us what's in there! and this is the plainest and most boring house I've ever seen, especially for the price!
Sorry, we forgot to open the door and look in the newer videos we do we try to spend more time doing this. We try to build homes that will sell When we add $30-40 thousand in upgrades the home does show better but may put out of most people's price range. We did add the full drywall in this home and is a big cost for an upgrade so it does show well on its own.
That is the worse kitchen I have ever seen,it looks like a we had left overs from the production line so lets throw them in and make a kitchen! A tub-shower in the master nope! WAY TO much dark trim,WE do not live in the 1970's!!!!!! No fire escape windows bad idea!!
Beautiful home! Your voice is so calm and relaxing, you should make ASMR video's. You would have millions of subscribers 😁 you have the perfect voice for it👍
It looks amazing on the outside but why over 100k for it when the inside looks basic ass hell . Yes it wide which is a plus an the L shaped island is the only wow factor to me ... Is there a floor plan with that same size but 3 bedroom so the master bedroom can have a walk in shower an stand alone tub and walk in closet and more windows
