It would improve the interior look if the moulding was white instead of the dark used. We remodeled our DW and put standard house type moulding up. Amazing difference in the visual flow. I understand you have to use less expensive moulding in mobile homes for cost efficiency, however, the color can make or break the visual flow. The rest of your home looks great except for the transom window in the living room. It detracts from the visual appeal of the living room. Additionally, I would not suggest the use of transom windows in bedrooms in case of fire. A person would have no way to escape if the exit from their bedroom is blocked by fire. Just a thought. It is a lovely home overall. Never have seen a 22 x 76.

Your company makes mobile homes that look more like real homes ! I would love to own one ...

I very much dislike the dark moldings, they chop a room up visually. I like the foyer, wide hallway, and large pantry and laundry room that would accommodate a freezer. I like the kitchen layout with two tiered island, though I would move the island closer to the sink cabinets and pull the dining table further away from the garden door. The bedrooms are adequate size but I would use some of the master closet to compartment the toilet in the master bath. The transom window in the living room is good for placement of a larger media cabinet, and allows for tv viewing without glare. The upper kitchen cabinets would have more storage if they went further up. Overall, a nicely laid out home. TFS!

You may have watched a few different videos and I would like whoever the person is taking the time to do the video to actually walk into certain all the rooms the way it is when you walk into the home and show us each individual room instead of standing on the outside in the hallway kind of just standing there telling us what it looks like it would be nice to be able to see a visual of each separate room

What is the cost for this one? Great layout..22' wide, especially nice wide hallway!

I have a couple of questions can the layout be changed I'd like to have the kitchen on the left-hand side and in the dining room on the right hand side where you could have the deck on the right hand side of the house also do you guys have a facility in Missouri where somebody could come and look at this house and also can I have the planogram of this house sent to me

He doesn't walk in there all the way so you can see the whole rooms and you can't hardly hear him..I really love the kitchen but I would like to see the other bedrooms and bath all of it.

Now I'm telling you what's the truth, this is just beautiful, you know what, all of the homes that I have viewed so far are well put together. The insides looks solid, and the reason I like them so much is they are not an open floor plan. These home leaves something left to the imagination, and that a good thing. For the most part, the home in America have the open floor plan, which, I personally, don't care for. By the way, what is the bse price for this home. Nice, except I prefer white wood trim, cabinetry and lighter tiles. Also I would want a regular window in the living room. I like the floor plan.

What an efficient use of space. I especially like the foyer. It’s hard to find a single wide with a foyer. A double wide for that matter. The rooms as well, are proportioned well. Upgrades are well thought out. Very nice.

Love this one. Just please walk in all the rooms and open closets. Open all interior doors. Would like to see prices without having to contact a saleman
