Can you do a video on when and why you would need a more professional camera? Like Smartphones nowadays are good but they still can't do this type of thing. All these videos that uses smartphones for photoshoots are set in teh perfect location, timing of day (yes, maybe that's when you'd ideally want to take photos but ) and gorgeous looking models.

TheBaconmaster123 you‘re doing it Right in my opinion, and that‘s one of the best advice I heard someone give about photography gear „only spend money on new gear if you hit a limit, if you feel you really need it“.

focal length... while some of cp camera's are great it is still limiting you with the range of lens... you can't also achieve the depth of field the same as camera body and lens 😘 prime lenses are not available for phones

Eisoj E There's a company called Moment that makes prime lenses you can attach to your smartphone case. They have them for iPhones, Galaxy, and Pixel phones.

Two things made me start shooting dslr 1 I wanted to get closer to the shot without digital zoom (it causes pixalation) secondly was I wanted to print my shots and a larger sensor = larger picture

This is what ive been lookin for. My budget has been tight, so i ve been lookin for a solution for my bussiness ads (both photo and video) gear. By this, i ll choose to have a brand new phone. This video showcased how skills can't be replaced by a gear. So, thank you so much for makin this mobile photography challange video, and i hope u guys will make this mobile photography challange videos more!!

They are totally great in different styles. Daniel's photos are my favorite, his photos has life in it. I love Irene's black & white photos and she's great with portraits. I love Rachel's photos for it got the mood for the setting. I love Jessica's photos you can easily recognize that she is a professional photographer (well all of them). I cannot even take a shot like this in a phone so I love how it turns out this great.

It proves that no matter which 📷 you are using. A perfect shot is not created it's captured. You have to put your heart in it. Though the Pixel 2 camera is way better than the iPhone 7 plus but the Portrait shot by the 7 plus made it. I loved the shot of Rachel.

This video proves the point that the gear doesn't really matter all that much. Sure, the iPhone photos aren't necessarily the best in terms of image quality, but the images still looked great because of the composition, model, colors, etc. In my opinion, shooting with less advanced cameras really forces you to come up with creative solutions for things that a photographer might take for granted on a DSLR. You can't control your aperture or shutter speed (maybe in newer phone cameras you can? I can't on my iPhone...), so you might have to think outside of the box a little bit.

One thing I love about the photography scene is that no one is bashing other people about canon vs Nikon vs Sony vs whatever. And you can even bring in an iPhone and and Android in the same video without people trashtalking in the comments (coming from the tech scene is seems impossible). In loooove it. Be nice to each other and let people use what they like :) on a side node, while I‘m an iPhone user, the Pixel 2 XL camera is just killing it, so good for a mobile phone

one video i would like to see is editing. I know you showed a little ediring in the photoshoot series but your pictures are so beautiful with such awesome tones and color grading. I would just like a little help with editing. I gor the photo stuff down but i need help with the rest

Loved these shots! My fav was Daniel's under the taco sign with the down arrow. Jessica's shot with the handbag, and the 2 men in the background -- that is an amazing shot! You can't plan something that good, it's just a moment that happens. Loved Rachel's pov. Irene made great use of the light -- all of hers were really good. Brittany also did a great job modeling! Have a very happy new year!

i think the reason that everyone seems to like daniel's photos best is because in the rest the model is doing a lot of the work. like it's a nice photo but who couldn't take that nice of a photo with an experienced model? daniel's photos incorporate a lot more of the location, which creates more of a story and makes them more compelling
