This is definitely just a version 1 of this streaming setup, so there will be iterations after this but here is the equipment shown in the video:
- Sony FDRX3000 Camcorder amzn.to/2CAI6RA (really great optical stabilization and impressive microphone, should be around $368 MSRP)
- One Mix 3 Pro Platinum amzn.to/30acAlg (quite expensive for the actual stats but there is basically no alternative for something this small with a CPU this good)
There are cheaper versions of the One Mix 3 out there if you just want a small laptop like amzn.to/2Wbk3PW
- Goal Ze5o Sherpa 100 AC amzn.to/306wbCX (might be overkill but like the AC power option… but the non AC version would be fine amzn.to/3fpRfLd or another battery with high W output to power a laptop
- 15mm Cheese Rod amzn.to/305CzKD (this is what the camera and accessories are mounted to)
- Mini quick release plate amzn.to/3074vhq (between cheese rod + camera AND bottom plate and cheese rod so either can be quickly disconnected)
- Universal cable clamp amzn.to/2OkBCZx (for the HDMI and micro USB so they don’t get pulled from the camera during a stream)
- 15 mm Rod Clamp Adapter amzn.to/2WiFgaS (to adapt between cheese rod and quick release plate)
- Elgato Cam Link amzn.to/3077c2w (to translate the HDMI to a USB input… NOTE: this seems to be sold out right now but it should retail for ~$130)
Sometimes the HDMI capture cards heat up quite a bit so we add thermal conductive tape (amzn.to/2DECYwf) and heatsinks (amzn.to/3eq8avZ) to help cool
Bonus: a cord sleeve to help bundle cables together (amzn.to/3epVh4P)
