In this Subnautica guide, I will be showing you the best locations for the mobile vehicle bay fragments. Once you have all three fragments you will be able to deploy the seamoth, cyclops and prawn suit.

It took me FOREVER to find them. i only have 2 right now, still need to go find a third. Looked at 3 or 4 crash sites already. But, in the process I found laser cutter fragments and all the seamoth fragments, also the scanner room and the bioreactor. Finding EVERYTHING except what i'm looking for.

the 1st thing I do when starting any new game is make the build tool as early as possible then find the scanner room blueprint and get the materials together. you can do this with nothing more than a seaglide. build a scanner room put on a hatch a pump and 1 solar panel. then do the HUD upgrade chip . start it scanning for wrecks or fragments. i watched the video to get a general idea of the location, up till he said head for llifepod 17. the scanner room will do the rest you can disassemble the whole thing and it only uses up about 1/4 of your inventory, scan a place get what you need, rip it down and move to the next spot. IMO scanner room is the most important blueprint in the game. (don't forget to make a beacon for it tho :)

@@Stinerator what do you mean it's harder? I meant to use this technique throughout your whole game , if you have 2 storage compartments on your seamoth you can keep all the materials in there for a scanner room and just throw it together when you go looking for stuff then tear it down when you're finished and put back in storage. this is especially helpful once you are heading down into the lost river to look for some of the later game stuff like gel sacks, nickel ore kianite etc (you'll need a thermal reactor for the scan room to work down there tho but all the mats still fit in a seamoth) always using a scan room saves you SO much time (and frustration) , in the long run it will shave literally hours off a playthrough

IF YOU CAN'T FIND THEM ALL HERE: Go to the original base, face west and one more compass line northwest (not sure what they're called) and go 312 meters. Below you will be a wreckage that may contain another fragment.

Tip to anyone watching this video rn, you do not need to work this hard. 9/10 times most 2-3 of the fragments are within around 100m from lifepod 5, near the arch type wreckage of the Aurora and near the creepvines. If you’re lucky you’ll find all 3 there pretty easily and safely, if not then you’ll definitely find at least 2 and the remaining one you can find from the location shown in this video.

Hey man great channel and very helpful. Just wanted to point out that there is a vent that you can swim down and i found all of the vehicle bay scan parts there also the laser cutter. At 3:58 you can see the hole in the wall where you can swim down the vent.

do you still need diamonds? You can find some on the mountain island in a cave. The cave is on land not underwater so it's good for getting diamonds and other things.
