Just a suggestion, I think u should add a (beep) sound in front of each stretches so even without looking at the screen you’d know that the stretch is done

Welcome to Celtic and Scotland. I do martial arts and yoga and recognize a lot of those stretches. You are going to be a global superstar if you stay grounded. Never eat from a Scottish chip shop!. Good luck in your life and career.

If you think about it you must be doing stretches like this consistently there's a reason players like Ronaldo prioritize proper recovery even if they feel good and that's ultimately why he's still very fit and playing in his 6th euro at 39
