One of my favorite strength workouts for mobility and coordination is the "Turkish get up" definitely look it up on RU-vid if you haven't seen it done so you can get the correct form. The only piece of equipment you need is 1 dumbbell or Kettlebell between 10 to 60 lbs depending on the person and it is a great workout! You will be dumping sweat after only 5 reps. It has really helped with my full body coordination.
