The Harbor Freight Hitch Vice Mount and a few step bumper hitch receivers allow me to use 1 vice and 1 grinder in 3 different locations. It also allows me to keep the tools out the way and out of the rain when not in use.

That style mount with either square or round shank clamps nicely in a tristand chain vise or pipe vise permitting your bench vise to rotate which is quite handy for welding because you can rotate your workpiece at any angle.

This will work with so many tools that you need to be mobile. It should work for reloading presses at outdoor shooting areas when you're testing your reloads.

Instead of drilling a hole to prevent it from moving, Weld a large nut to the top of the hole and then weld a T-handle to the top of a bolt that matches the nut. screw the nut in to hold it in place.
