This modular building is inspired by the original Downtown Diner set. It shares the layout and some of its features.
On the first floor there is a bar with beer tap in the middle. There is also vintage radio in the corner. On the walls there are art and palm leaves.
Stairs on the side of the bulding lead to the second floor. The whole floor is dedicated to gym like in the original set. It contains bench press with dumbbells on a rack, boxing bag and exercise bike.
Spiral staircase leads to the third floor. Whole floor is occupied by room for rent for people that have too much fun in the bar the night before. It contains chair with table, small kitchen with snacks and cozy bedroom. There is also toilet in the corner. Glass door leads to the small balcony.
The roof is accessible by ladder and it has leisure area with lounger and small table.
