Mays is the fucking best man, no one like him in the business. Doesn’t get completely caught up in all the pre draft hype about these guys. The unfortunate truth is that a majority of players drafted each year aren’t good enough to make an NFL roster. Mays helps us keep this in mind with his honest, even keeled perspective Edit: typo

Agree: you can virtually guarantee that there will be a major upgrade over Lazard available in the third round. My olineman of choice is Latham, even if Alt is available, but everyone's got their preference. If there's an injury at guard, Schweitzer can get you through it -- it was only after he went down that the bottom fell out on the interior.

Jets have 2 30+ injury prone tackles as their starters and a guard AVT who’s coming off major injury. Their defense is elite. Why would they pick a TE with their 1st pick? Do they not realize their QB is 40+, not very mobile and coming off Achilles tear?

Eberflus' defensive scheme sucks. You could give him Aaron Donald in his prime and his defense would still get clowned on by the Packers.

@@beawell12 Jordan Love: 27-32 316 yds 2 TDs Aaron Jones: 22 carries 111 yds. So with those two alone easily 400 yards on the vaunted Eberflus defense. Teams the Bears beat following the Montez Sweat trade: Saints: 9-8 Panthers: 2-15 Lions: 12-5 Vikings: 7-10 Cardinals: 4-13 Falcons: 7-10 A real collection of bottom feeders to beat up on. But please elaborate on how just a 3 tech would make this team truly elite lol.
