Oh yes. I am not sure what sensor they use, but it looks like a same enclosure as a waterproof DS18B20-s which are definitely submersible.

@@bobkrogh1670 Thank you very much for your support of MOCREO products! Our Sensor probe line is waterproof, but the white body of the Sensor is not waterproof. You can wrap it with plastic film to prevent water from entering. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact MOCREO!🙂

I think it is only sold with the hub not separately. Email them as probably the package was incomplete.
