Is this the same great speaking voice as in Frankie Goes To Hollywood's 'War' and "Two Tribes" on 'Welcome To The Pleasuredome' ? It really reminds me of it :-) Btw: Great stuff, Modal! The Argon 8x is now on top of my list!!!

Can't believe what a huge upgrade V3 is. I considered the Argon a great buy for the money to begin with, but now....

Agreed - I loved this synth the moment I turned it on, now we've had kids together, bought a house, have a dog... it's more than I bargained for, but it's all GREAT

The filters are great. But that poorly designed filter tracking feature are ruining them. Because you barely can spread the filters on the spectrum while playing a chord. It's quite impossible to have non overlapping filters so the eight filters sounds like a mono. You can tweak it with the note>cutoff or filter envelope but is soo annoying and unprecise, almost useless.
