MODBUS IO scanner with a direct messaging fix. 

Our PLC system has an inexplicable communication error where it doesn’t bring back the run status from our VFD.
Everything seems to run normally except for this one bit doesn’t come back to our PLC. It is an important bit because other things depend on it to run.
The fix is direct messaging. It looks complicated, but it isn’t really.
