It's mods made with Frosty Editor. It can be downloaded from LPRipper's Unite installation video and you can make your own mods for the game such as editing how the game functions, add new cars, and change textures, etc.

Compare night time in payback and heat, it's a night and day difference because paybacks graphics are trash at night, even in day as well.

I'm working on an upgrade system and replacing speed cards with just one single upgrade system in the tune up shop where you can max out your car with the right parts like Heat.

The card thing made me take the game back to GameStop and delete data on the game lol the game pissed me off and I never maxed out my cars😭

Yeah I always liked back in Most Wanted and Carbon how you actually had to pay attention to the cop chatter on the radio to figure out what the police were gonna throw at you next. More of a subtle way of letting the player know whats going on.

Yeah a lot of people. And it got even better now that I gave it a Pursuit System in a way.

I put on Nexus Mods under the name of Pursuit System. The read me file when you download it gives you everything. Also keep in mind mods don't work on cracked versions.

It's designed to be enjoyable way more I agree. Map is bigger, cops are more professional and actually feel more rogue, plus it also has MESH IMPORT functions on Frosty Editor where we make our mods.

Yeah and it's the same animation as Heat.

There are mods to disable damage for racers in Heat, but I like Payback cause it feels more NFS-like.

Payback was supposed to be what Heat is after all.

That's what I'm working on as well as getting the helicopter in there too. It ma look kinda awkward when it all does because the helicopters are scripted as well as the rhinos and killswitches.

Or... they can keep the damage system but add pursuit breakers as a method to take out the cops without worrying about damaging the car

You can disable health in Heat, but Payback is better in terms environment and graphics.
