Hi there, darling. :) Fusible interfacing is just that! It has an iron-on adhesive on one side. You can ask for it by that name in the fabric shop. There are sew-in interfacings too, or non-fusible. It's a kind of stabilizer. You want interfacing to be a strong core, unlike the fabric itself which tends to be soft (which is what we want when we wear it). Hope that helps!
