Model G.Q.F 1202 Incubator. Cleanup, repair, and calibrate. Ready for eggs. 

I placed my incubator in storage over 10 years ago. ( I have a 40ft container for storage). The mice made it their new home. I had to clean it out, make some basic repairs to the heating element and calibrate the thermostat to keep the incubator operating between 99F and 101F.
I will perform further fine tuning before I put eggs in it.
