Originally built at the Empresa Nacional Santa Bárbara factory for the Spanish military & police, today the CETME 5.56 caliber models live on as semi-autos thanks to MARCOLMAR. This weekend, lets look at all 3...or rather 4, variants that MCM offers today.
First, we have the basic Model L, with factory installed Picatinny/1913 rail and in a modern all-black finish.
Second, we have the LV (visor or Sight) DMR with STANAG mount for the 4x Enosa scope (or Starlight night vision).
Next, we have another DMR variant, the LV/S. This one has a British L85 mount for the L12A1 SUSAT 4x scope.
And finally, we have the LC (Corto or Short) carbine, with 12.5" barrel and retractable steel shoulder stock.
This video focuses specifically on MARCOLMAR production, numbers being built, and factory options/upgrades being offered.
Please note that none of these guns were donated by MCM, and in fact they have no idea this video was even being created.
Cheers & stay cool out there this August folks!
