An extended model railways bargain hunt at the 2023 Neepsend Model Railways Society Exhibition in Sheffield. #modelrailways, #modeltrains, #bargainhunter
@@wellchuffedrailways I am driven by bargains, so if there is none, I might spend very little at a show, but if there are bargains , then the opportunity has not to be missed!
Just subscribed to your channel. I started watching the Severn Valley Exhibition video. We had a trip on the railway a few years before we did any videos. All the best Rick

Looks like some great purchases including a Bachmann collectors club open wagon (in blue) & a very nice tanker (again in blue!). Let you off on the Hornby brake van thou. 😂
I was going to do a shorter video with the unused footage but thought I would re edit all the bargain footage into a longer video. That and we haven't been to any shows for a while. Next Sunday's video is the well chuffed show. We have some decent heritage railway footage to use which included a trip on some 19th century carriages. Cheers Rick
nice video. At 4.03 , that may be some parts for one of the trees in the serie of Britains floral miniature garden. I think they where produced in a scale near 0 gauge. Very popular in the 1960-70s. I love them.
Thanks Caroline, I must get one of those 12 wheel dining cars. I saw one at a very good price some months back and should have bought it! Thanks for watching Rick.
Well done. There were some great bargains and the N gauge were good to see. As you will be aware, the prices for 2nd/3rd hand models in N gauge are quite expensive, and a lot of them are poor runners. With N gauge, continental models are more detailed but command higher prices. And unfortunately uk models are like hen’s teeth, rarely seen good ones and bargains are not often found. Thanks for sharing your time and effort’s with us. Appreciated. 🎉🙂
