A great family outing. That VW camper is the perfect vehicle for such adventures. Talk about flattrack racing! Can't get any flatter. And those drivers are wringing every ounce of power/speed out of their cars. Thanks for sharing.
Great day at the races. Looks like a lot of fun. The music was impeccable to give a hoe-down feel to these races. the perfect accompaniment. Thanks for sharing your family time with us.
Alex this was a super fun video!!! I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the different model T's!!! And that y'all drove the camper!!! Awesome family memories right there!!!!❤❤❤❤
Love seeing your family outings. The way you strive for family first is a wonderful value to have. I would have loved to have grown up in a family like yours. What you are teaching your children is way more valuable than anything material that you could ever give them. i wish there were more folks like you in this world.
It was a ton of fun to see the races and all the great variety of other cars at the event. I love your camper van - a perfect option for a family outing like this one. ❤
This was so cool & fun to watch! So much so that I'm going to share it with my brother tonight because I think he would really enjoy watching this! 😍 I always love watching Alex and his family go on adventures! Sending lots of love from Minnesota! 💞
Hi Alex, that looks & sounds like an awesome way to spend time with your family. Alex you & Melissa have been so blessed. We all can tell y’all did an fabulous job of raising Steven, Jason & Abigail. It’s so nice to see kids truly doing kid things & they don’t have their eyes glued to their phones. God bless you, Melissa & the kids until next time.🙏🤗💞👍
Alex you should re release just the race part and change it to black and white, add some flim grain effect and speed it up a bit! I think that would be really cool!
Too cool......last time I saw a race track was when Shirley Mulroney was racing "funny cars"....in Calgary....great memories....Steered a Model T when I was a youngster....neighbour was driving us to school....Thanks for the memories.....love your ride today!!!
I have to say that if I should ever get the chance to go north, I would love to come see this. Alex, you could make a series alone, on cool things families and car enthusiasts could do everyplace. The little RV van was absolutely perfect for this day. I’d personally like to know how you get your older teen kids to hang out with the family. I don’t think I’m cool enough for that anymore. Lol. Great show. ✌🏻🤍
There is a race down in New Jersey called The Race of Gentleman. Cars have to be older than 1934 and motorcycles earlier than 48. It's run on the beach and is a great day out.
4:20 That's a 'city sticker'. Here in Illinois (at least suburban Illinois around Chicago) you have to get those annoying stickers from your local municipality every year and put 'em on your window.
The Villa Park sticker is a villiage sticker. Many municipalities around Chicago require cars to have a sticker if they live in village or town. It Has to be renewed yearly.
The car made from wood reminds me of a joke my dad used to tell us. “ did you hear about the man who built a wooden car?….. wouldn’t go.” Please feel free to groan as loudly as us kids used to back then 🤗
Alex you make something I wouldn't watch, interesting enough to watch. Melissa if you need to warm up. You can come visit me,they say it's going to be 85degrees today.
Austin Healey Sprite 😃, I had one and then bought a more modern MG Midget. Then found an MG "A" great designs and reliable cars. That was in the mid seventies, however as you're pointing out; we can't keep all of them.
