This place has significantly flourished and certainly a beautiful and clean area of Metro Manila. The feeling is nothing like living in other parts of the PHL. Its more like some parts of Los Angeles, San Jose, and cities in Florida perhaps. This place has gotten very expensive. I bought mine 10+ years ago along Forbestown Center, Forbeswood Parklane to be exact for way less than the current pricing.

Hi, Dada Koo, you have done a great deal for us who have not been to Bonifacio Global City or Mckinley HIlls/West and for so long maybe ten or more years I have not been to Makati area. The Intercon Hotel where we used to stay is good to see that its being rebuild now but my favorite hotel The Manila Peninsula or The Pen is still standing there. Sad to say, The Mandarin is gone and is now being rebuild too but under a new name.. My afternoon snack at the Pen lobby has always been a good time, Dr. Dick Orense, Ed.D. QC

I bought a single bedroom condo from SMDC builder at Roxas Boulevard for 12million, mahal talaga jan. sa McKINLEY West kahit noong 80`s pa, million na rin ang mga properties jan , pero in fairness tahimik jan at very safe even at night compared to other condo places in Manila.

Kaya natin yan kabayan.....sana maging politician ako . Cheers for sharing. Tawa lang ....!

I see so many condominiums in Manila and with this prices must be lots of rich people and developers are still building more.

That price is really high, plus your monthly dues for the maintenance and at the end of the year you’ll be paying your realty/property tax and the common areas as well. I got a 45sqm one bedroom in BGC for 3.6 including parking way back 10 years more. I would rather get a house and lot.

Those condo units are very expensive. Only few rich Filipinos & mostly foreign investors can afford to buy them (isn't there a law about owning property in Philippines?). Just recently, heard condo units in other cities had dropped significantly. Most foreigners are grabbing those condos and buying left & right ...just hoping Filipinos will not be over-numbered by other nationalities, displaced in their own land & deprived of work because rich foreign investors bring their own people & favor them over Filipinos. Just saying...keep our beloved Philippines 🇵🇭 land of the free!!!

Super ganda talaga dyan sa McKinley Hills BGC, nag stay family ko dyan noon 2015 for 10days. Lapit sa SM Aura at Market Market. Ang ganda ng model unit nila. Firewall ba siya? What are the amenities included for buying the unit? Is there a concierge desk, parking, swimming pool, exercise room, etc? Typical American style.The higher you go, the more you pay for the view. You can see my old condo in the start :D!!! I just have to say that even though Megaworld offers competitive prices, they tend to cut corners in urban planning, maintenance, and design. McKinley Hill is a miserable place to live in, while McKinley West is a confusing mess right now. Also, POGO land.

My golly! Who can afford 27 million 2 bedroom condo at the Fort. I’m sure that doesn’t include maintenance fee. You have to be Millionaire to afford it.

Napadaan lang din ako diyan dati at nag inquire. After a few mins pumipirma na ako ng mga papeles! Delayed yung turnover ng unit (Viceroy). More than 2 years na yung tenant namin.

I’ve read the reviews but fyi they have a one bedroom for 10-11M and rfo is 25k pesos lang also down payment 5 Percent over two months. They also give you 5-10% discount. And monthly is 20k first year ready for occupancy so for me it’s achievable compared to London or the U.K. have to put down £20k-£40k Also in two to three years the value will go up in McKinley hill and you can sell it or rent it out.
