Very nice Dada but beyond the reach of many Pinoys. It’s very expensive considering the loss of domestic and OFW jobs due to Covid. But I have to save more and wait for the price to come down since a lot of Analysts says the supply now is more than the demand - no work = no money=no buy. The place is amazing! In southern Spain you can buy a bungalow 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a private swimming pool 265,000 euro. So Philipines is overpricing. Id rather choose to buy in Spain not much pollution like in metro Manila.Just saying 😀

Mega World? Same as EAstwood City , yayamanin talaga. Pero dito sa Vietnam mga condo are fully furnished , as in sarili mo na Lang dadalhin mo at personal things mo. With that price. It’s pricey .

WOW so beautiful. I can actually afford the Studio by myself there. The Studio here in California, no one can afford as a single person unless you are a doctor. Luxury Studio in California can be up to $1200 to $2000 a month. 1 bedroom luxury condo can be up to $1800 to $2500. 3 bedroom can be up to $3000 to $5000. YAYEEEEE!!!! Is beautiful place now I went last year I enjoy and of course there's nothing place like Philippines home to retired

You know it is very expensive. But it is very beautiful and very spacious inside. My favorite part is master bedroom because it has a very large cabinet and inverter window type ac so that you can sleep comfortably and you can save electricity. The kitchen is also very spacious, some kitchrn appliances are also ready. Super nice .... promise.

The price is not inclusive, there are lots of hidden charges, be very careful when you buy a Condo.

Good day. Amazing how they replicated the famous grand canal of Venice, so cute. We been there in the real Venice but ur Venice there is so clean😜 I won’t be afraid to fall in the canal, in real Venice canal, u fall in the canal ,u might end up in the ER if u swallow the dirty water..😉😜😜😜 Very nice elegant mall compare to here. It’s nice but the only things that I don’t like is the bathroom which when you bath still the water will splash out although having a Glass door, better to have a bathtube that can protect the floor from the excess water.
