This is a slideshow of how the 1/3 scale V10 engine was made, for anyone interested in the nitty gritty. Or if you’re fed up looking at videos of kittens!
For now, my son decided he'd have a go at narrating the build. Not heard it yet but He assured me it would be professional and accurate. Hmmmm……..

Yeah, the amount of time this guy must have and yet he seems to have learned absolutely nothing about which he was talking: valve cover, crankshaft, screwdriver, etc. Has he ever seen parts that make up an engine? He’s done his Dad no favors with this narration. The engine and manufacturing are incredible though! His Dad did an absolutely amazing job!

Absolutely brilliant! The narration, as others have mentioned, really threw me at first but I got in line quick enough. I bow to you sir. While I am a tool and die maker by trade and could probably build each part, they would each be somewhat of a challenge. You tackled each one and then the next and the next. You are relentless and will be revered for all time. My hat's off to you.

Kind of confused. Its supercharged or not? Flat top pistons or pop ups? the plenum stuffed with things, and it looks like the all the intake and exhaust are far too restricted. The intake manifold, the heads, the exhaust manifold, all of it. And seeing this on the dyno, doesn't seem like its making near the power it should. That might be part of the reason. Not sure if you designed this or got the plans from somewhere else... Also, not sure about the cam geometry either. The cam lobes looked very narrow so there is no duration, not sure what lift the cam is providing here nor the degree of separation between lobes.
