Now I just need to get $2.3M and make sure I can afford the taxes & insurance every year, along with the utilities. The only bummer, only 1/2 acre. I like a lot of outside space and don't like seeing my neighbors. Gorgeous pad.

Agreed. The design elements just aren't there with vegas houses. In LA or even the east coast, for $2.3m you're getting a full second kitchen with butler entry, open shelves and sleek finishes in the main kitchen, built in hidden fridge, downdraft range, etc. This kitchen looks just like the ones in the $400k houses. Plain suburban, no character, nothing to show off to friends. Blue Heron at least tries to come up with something beautiful.

I used to have 2 vacation rental houses. I sold them and will never do it again because of all the damage the renters did to the houses. At one of them, they damaged the boat dock so badly that it had to be completely replaced. A few times , we assumed we rented the house to 4 people, but then the renters threw a party there for 50 people and left the place trashed. NEVER AGAIN!

I'm 6 foot, I would need a ladder for some of the cupboards in that kitchen, but with that pantry I dont think they would be used. Love the kitchen. Not a fan of the owner's suite, yes its a retreat but that fireplace is kinda in the way.

I love the house I feel the master bed room is a little small. The master bath is perfect, I would leave the downstairs space as the gamer room and convert the upstairs loft into a media room. Other than that the house is perfect. I wondering if there are any HOA's and Sids and Lids. Chakits didn't say either or.

The finishes and details are very standard builder grade. Considering the $2 million price tag, I'd expect a higher end look. I can't believe this is what you get for 2 million (probably 3 million in 2022).

@@herbertant4096 yup what's interesting is they get torn down to build something larger .my home is 1450 sq ft 60 years old and 2mil.pretty insane . I'm right on the border of cupertino and san jose. I still own the home I grew up in in san jose 1200 sq ft around 1.5 mil. It is completely rebuilt though everything new just small.

You can tell if the door vinyl or aluminium by the handle or opening handle.... They would never place metal on vinyl slider and vic versa... so that other door is aluminium with a possible cladding over it.

i have a question.i have noticed in many videos like this the in the garage often has exposed hot water tanks or heating systems that i would think for the price point would normally be enclosed into a closet because its not attractive. on this one the exhaust pipe for the water tank going at an angle instead of straight up look really bad. is this just cost savings or is it a code requirement for access?

In Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, the average home price has risen 47% in the last year. Some areas have doubled in price in just one year . It is the number one destination in the United States for people to move to. Idaho has been completely open since May 1, 2020 , with no state wide mask mandate and there are an unbelievable number of out of state license plates driving around North Idaho right now. Everywhere you look, house are being built. P.S. My daughter is a real estate agent there.

They couldn’t make the closet bigger? Yeah, I love the washer and dryer concept. I love the bath, the bedroom and the bath, but come on if 😢we’re going to have a master bedroom like that you need to have a freaking closet that you could put like a big huge lounge chair in there😫 and, a middle section for jewelry and watches. Me and her have a Kardashian closet is what I’m saying. That house is everything., but the freaking closet is small!😑
