Her behaviour is similar to her parents. She just carries it better then them. Also, maybe they were not that popular because they were guy in a time period that did not accept them fully. Was Cam not a good football player and if he was straight would he not have owned his environment. Mitch is smart but kind of wimpy and un-athletic. Lilly embodies both her parents but she seems to have taken their strongest attributes.
I’m actually really confused of what direction are the writers going to take with lily's character like on one episode she’s able to skip a grade in middle school and on one episode she thinks that the moon is a planet
They really didn't care I would say , they just wanted the white characters bullshit story the main character and other asian and Columbian actress storylines were just ingnored
Girlypop shes still a child so its obvious she doesnt know everything yet im going to highschool and i didnt know if the moon was a planet or not bc i simply never asked or cared to search it up
I’m really glad i grew up seeing Lilly on TV, she’s confident and funny and it’s true, she brings so much love to her family in an undercurrent Very lovely
This honestly made so much sense. Cam and Mitchell are kind of self-absorbed so, unless Lilly had a problem in school, they probably didn't think too much that she had a personal life. Likewise, Lilly was the child who's social life we didn't see that much, probably because she's an only child(no sibling fiascos) but also because she's accustomed to two parents that she has to emotionally wrangle but who she also socializes with because they're dramatic and gay so she's better equipped for dealing with teens because she essentially lives with two. The most stable member of the family.
Is it possible that the writers were joking on those episodes, when Mitchell and Cam don't seem to acknowledge Lily's personal life, because they didn't bother to show much of it? What it would be ironic, of course.
Of course she’s popular. She’s a girl with two gay pushover dads who probably buy her whatever she asks for, take her to whatever activities she wants to do, and teach her the sense of humor they had to develop as a coping mechanism to deal with homophobia.
@angelconstantino6551 if you count looking at cue cards and showing zero emotion...sure whatever you say. I am sure she is a great kid, but a good actress no.
