Hi Robin! This is so good! I love Agreeable Gray and have it in my own home. It matches your brick and blends so well. I am most productive in the mornings as well. When my boys were little I had a schedule and routine to get everything done. Now I seem to be all over the place. 😅 With my baby a senior in high school and the empty next just six months away I feel like the next year is definitely going to interesting for sure. Wow!, what a transformation Robin!! I love the new paint color and it flows so much better into your great room. Did you do 2 coats or 1? You might can tell how the color would look behind the top of your cabinets by looking at the area near your refrigerator. It looks like it would look fine. I think this video did have decorating because you were decorating the walls with paint. ❤😊❤😉

😊 Thank you for an encouraging video. Our main living area needs a fresh coat of paint. Since we have an open concept, the color will have to be consistent . We are still in the "what color will look the best stage." I love how your dining room flows into the hallway now that the walls are painted. Do you feel better after cleaning the outside of the home?

The agreeable gray is my go to color!!! It really opened up your space. I’m also not a fan of the edger. I’d rather use a brush. 😊

Hi Robin! The painting turned out beautiful!! I've used that color in my kitchen, hallways and my bathroom. I love it. Goes with everything. I think you'll enjoy it. My husband and I are empty nesters, too! We've raised 3 daughters. Anyway, I would say you did a very good job. Hard work though, huh?!!

Robin, I swear we are related! I hate to paint and I also believe that every item in my home has a “home” and I’m a fanatic when it come to putting everything back where it belongs. When it comes to cleaning, I too like to get my domestic tasks completed by lunch time. My husband (78) and I (77) just celebrated our 56th wedding anniversary on Saturday. We spent the weekend with our son, did some shopping, ate at a very nice restaurant and attended an ice hockey match! Now it’s back to reality and I am glad to be home! Hugs from PA ❤️

I'm so jealous that you're able to do all of this. I'm laid up with a nerve problem right now so I can hardly do anything. But I enjoyed watching you. You are 14 years younger than I am and I usually have tons of energy and motivation but getting discouraged right now. Had another MRI on Thursday afternoon, so I'll find out the diagnosis on Tuesday. I've been on prednisone twice and it's the only time I feel any relief. Have been 7 weeks in PT too. It turned out very nice. I have energy in the morning and that is when I am very productive. I do my cleaning, go to the gym, go shopping, etc. I am the same way. Everything has a place. I enjoyed this video. I watched all the way through but just paused when I had to do something. I am getting prepared to paint my bathroom and do a make over. I love having a project.

Hi Robin! I am an empty nester & my husband works from home. Since I am blessed to stay home I just do what I want when I want during the week. I break my chores & errands up spread out over the week. I totally agree that everything has a place, that is what works for me. We built here in North Texas in 2020 & have Agreeable Gray throughout our house & I love it! 😀 it’s crazy how paint helps, your room looks bigger.

😊 Everything has a place and everything in its place! My husband and I are empty nesters. I have 2 boys both who live in Colorado. No in-laws and no grandchildren. And as far as cleaning I have cleaning OCD! Beds made every morning. Dishes in dishwasher or put away. Floors vacuumed or swept. And all miscellaneous items put away. I clean before work and I have a bad habit of staying up late doing things I can do quietly. I’m nuts! And I also have a full time job at our local Hobby Lobby. On my channel one day I’ll have to do a what I do before work video!

😉 looks great, I love cleaning in the early morning on my day off when hubby goes to work ,I do a 9 day fortnight I have weekends off we are empty nesters too , but I have my one and only grandson every second Friday night and take him home Saturday afternoon. Love watching your videos 🇦🇺

The prep for painting is the most time consuming for me and I prefer freehand edging rather than taping. The green color is a favorite of mine but the gray really does look nice. I just painted over a very pale green in my entryway a few weeks ago. Now that I am retired it seems that I am cleaning constantly and the house is never clean enough. I might need another hobby. LOL You deserve a break. 😀

I like the color now so much Robin! Looks so fresh and clean! Im a stay at home mom/wife for the last couple years I have a grown son that still stays at our home when he’s not off working on the river and I have a 14 and 18 yr old in school and of course my sweet hubby so my days are jam packed ! I tend to clean as it gets dirty but I have to save some of the deep cleaning for days when I have more time and not running so much Plus with my thyroid disease it helps me to pace myself so I don’t get too tired or overwhelmed and the kids always help me so much too!
