Totally right. When you dress with style which isn't loud but suits you and looks classy, you will immediately get treated better. It gives off the impression you are a professional, someone who is important, who has wealth and that is the image people want to be associated with and also have in their shops, restaurants, parties etc. Should also note, that your physique is just as important as what you wear. A skinny/over-weight man and a jacked man, wearing the exact same clothes, look very different. A big physique gives shape to the clothes in all the right places, it gives it more stature and presence and is absolutely essential.

You nailed it! I would add a pair of John Lobb (or similar quality) caramel colored brogues to the shoe inventory. They will last a lifetime if you take care of them. Don't be seen in cheap shoes.

I'm a software engineer so work dress code is very very casual here. Don't get me wrong, I never wore ugly clothes, have quite a good sense of style. But when I decided a few weeks ago to dress up again, wearing shirts and jackets, the way people looked at me totally changed. It's a lot of little things: people get out of your way on the sidewalk, say sorry when they almost bump into you, security checks at music shows are shorter, little kids are curious etc. You can definitely see that some people are bitter about seeing a "rich" person but in general it's really positive. Not to mention how my behavior changes now that I spend more time taking care of myself. Anyways I plan on making a video about this soon, too. Thanks for sharing!
