Planar Nexus is good for things that care about specific land types (i.e. how many of a land type you control), including other lands (Urza's and Locus for example). It's basically a Land Lord. 😏

Phelia isn’t an etb, just an attack trigger. Flashing it in won’t exile anything, but it definitely seems like a fun card and a good dog
