One of the best sets of the past 10 years, period. I opened the ever-loving sh** out of this set! Pulled a foil Wrenn along the way; kinda wish I hadn't sold it, lol
Normally i am cautious when it comes to mastersets, but mh1 is different. It has an insanely powerful and underrated landcycle, good value in the rares generally, full art snow lands and alot of high end modern staples. In addition this product is the first of its kind. I feel very comfortable holding a few boxes
Man, I remember being so disappointed when I cracked my 2 boxes open back in the day because the only card I cared about was The First Sliver and I didn't get it. I was such an idiot since those boxes had so many premium cards that have become staples in my Commander and Modern Decks. I wish I'd opened more than just those original 2 boxes. This video has convinced me to go to my LGC and pick up another box of Modern Horizons 2.
Dont do it because it's right now at 298.00 on tcg lowest. It already doubled what it suppose to be when it first came out. Now you can do it if you want to it's your money!!! But atm if you can get MH2 for lower that's a set that is more likely you'll make your money back but hey who am i to tell you how to spend your money??!! Do what you like!
@Profs. Kauser Actually I trade cryptocurrency on a platform, with assistance from their top crypto experts. *Sir* *Nicholas* *Merten* is my professional assistant, I have been trading with him for 8 months now... I've really made a lot from his strategies in trading and mining of cryptocurrencies.
Long term investment is the best now. I invested $6,500 in march last year with sir Nicholas and i top up my trade with $500 every week. Now, I'm having over $147,000 on my dashboard. Toping up your trade is really important
This is just good content. I haven’t played in 25 years. I didn’t have any good cards then either (best deck was a icy manipulator/royal assassin/falling angel/breeding pit). But here I am.
An amazing set! So damn good! MH2 also awesome and will also age extremely well. Anyone who missed out on MH1 needs to load up to the gills on MH2 while they still have the chance.
I went complete skitzo on MH2, I opened a lot, went from 0 fetch land's to 24, got some sweet retro foil fetch land's, 6 urza's saga, and 1 alternate art ragavan, and a playset of esper sentinel. I kept a few other mythics and rares, but I was after the retro frame foil fetches.
This product shows what is possible when the focus is on the quality of the set rather than relying on flash variants and artificial scarcity. The fact they had to keep reprinting it because it was in such high demand should have told them all they needed to know. Hopefully the god awful sales of crimson vow will tell them again. People want quality products not dog sh1t cards with flashy art
Grabbed a bunch of modern Horizons 2. 8 set and 8 booster boxes. Found one modern horizons for 240 a few months ago. Went back the next week. Grabbed the last one.
IMO, Mox Tantalite is probably one of the best Mox to date. I can see where the argument is made it is a dead draw later on (sort of, if you are land destruction ala Fall of Thran or Armageddon it wouldn't be) but let's consider a few things before throwing it out. 1 Suspend is not that big of a deal, if in opening hand it's a turn 4 cast. This acts as a mana fixer as it can be used for any color. While suspended it cannot be targeted (as far as I know) and most OTK scenarios are not generally happening until turn 3 or 4. I'd say Teferi's Protection around any turn 3 scenario and you'll make it. TBH, I run these in a variation of a deck I use from MTGA and they are great. The Chrome mox requires an imprint, bleh. Mox opal requires other artifacts to be in play. Mox diamond requires you to sac a land from your hand and this one is suspend 3... you tell me which has the worst draw back. People will regret not getting a play set of Tantlites. Mark this comment on yo calendar.
I got a play set a little after it came out for $7.75 each. They are currently only about $6 so idk if they are ever really going to hit over the $10 mark.
Force is between 65 and 75 for the cheapest one and urza is about 50. only Wrenn is worth more than them. as to reprinting,Kamigawa is another set that is so popular that they should reprint it in the future for sure. especially the collectors packs, people love collectng rarre cards like those especially if they look so insanely good, really love those neon cards
I have opened so many many many cases of this product it's not even funny!!! If I don't open a lot of this set then I don't know what you called this list here!!! This list is included with a complete set of Modern Horizon 1 ALL FOIL Set!!! Modern Horizon: 21 Echo of Eons 26 Hexdrinker 21 Kess, Dissident Mage 1 foil 23 Morophon, the Boundless 20 Mox Tantalite 18 Ranger-Captain of Eos 15 Seasoned Pyromancer 22 Serra the Benevolent 16 Sword of Sinew and Steel 17 Sword of Truth and Justice 20 The First Sliver 23 Unbound Flourishing 19 Urza, Lord High Artificer 1 FOIL 18 Wrenn and Six 2 FOILS 20 Yawgmoth, Thran Physician 1 FOIL 42 Force of Negation 2 Foils. The only non mythic on this list is the Force of Negation which is a worthy mention!!! This is also by far my favorite set of all time.
Man I’d love to open a full box of MH1. Maybe after I beat this stage 4 cancer I was diagnosed with last month I can look into getting a box of my own. Great opening!
4:14 LOL I just bought two booster packs for my birthday the other day and pulled one of those, paid for everything I bought at the LGS that day, can't wait to surprise my buddy with it in the game! 😁
this set's prerelease was the last one I played before covid and i pulled a fucking foil yawgmoth, that was so satisfying and the hundred bucks i got out of it was rather satisfying as well
So funny...Rudy is like: "There was no problems with this product....*opens Hogaak*....where was I? Oh yeah, this product will be 500$....*opens Force of Rage*...uhmm...very nice...
When MH2 collector boxes go out of print, the price is going to go through the roof!! Being able to open and get so much value and old border foil enemy fetches is going to be bonkers!! I can see a day in the not so far future (5 years) where they are around $500-750 and would t be the least bit surprised if they even exceed and get close to $1,000.
Rudy, if you can buy a playset of MH1 for 1200 or a case for 1800$.do you buy the playset? Asking because my friend has a case of MH1 I told him I would buy his case for 1800$ and he can go buy a playset of each of the cards and he choose to open. Not what I would of done but hey to each his own right? By the way he ended up having to order 900$ in cards to complete his playsets. Needed so many singles that were 40$ or more.
Rudy is extremely consistent and vocal about not investing in anything non reserved list when it comes to singles. If they're planning on buying the playset as an investment, go for the sealed. If they play a lot and will get a lot of use, then get the cards.
You're right that's why I invested into assets like cryptocurrency and some other stocks but at a time I think crypto investment is better than stocks. Though I failed sometimes ago when I tried trading myself but Mr. bright helps me now
Money is an issue that everyone has for a better and luxurious life. Life was hard for me until I started making profits on my investment with the help of jurgen bright
I have traded with a lot of individuals but I have never come across anyone as good as bright just by applying his strategies I now trade independently. He's the best I'd advise any novice investing to trade with him
I skipped MH1 because the box design was clashing with my collection. I'm skipping MH2 also because of box design. It had that Dakkon black blade guy, when they shoulda had Tor Wauki.
